I Was Stuck in

Fight or Flight too...

Like many of you, I was a high achieving college & graduate student with good grades, multiple jobs, & proud of 'the grind'


I hardly slept to get to my jobs, the gym, & social events. I had no sex drive, crazy digestion & relied on caffeine to motivate me through the long days.


I was running on fumes, & in 2021 had a reaction to a medication. I suddenly began to experience nerve pain, bleeding, and intense fatigue.


I also had bouts of anxiety, depression, and panic attacks.

My period was irregular, IF I was lucky enough to have one.


I am here to share that there is always an answer to why you are experiencing symptoms, far beyond the label (diagnoses) we give them.

While I have had healed quite a bit, it was not without a lot of overwhelm, money, & time spent with doctors who dismissed my symptoms as "normal."


I saw practitioners who either didn’t test me or had me spending loads of $$ on the wrong tests that didn’t address my root cause - low cortisol.


Not only did I reverse my Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis, I now have regular periods, consistent thyroid levels, & natural energy.
