Hi! I'm Dr. Sierra Bains, double board-certified Functional Medicine Doctor and hormone and fatigue specialist.

I am a total nerd who loves data. I have degrees in nutrition sciences, strength & conditioning, and psychology research - and then went on to receive my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. However, I also believe in the body's innate ability to heal.
So I continued my education with Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and multiple laboratory courses. In my practice, we discover and treat the root cause of dis-ease rather than just the symptoms.
I lived the path myself spending over 5 frustrating years looking for answers to my chronic illness - until I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2021. Since then, it has been my calling to help others like you who have “tried everything” and finally heal when traditional medicine alone has let you down.
My passion for evidence-based natural remedies and deep understanding of the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit allow me to guide others on their healing journey with confidence. I do not heal, I teach you to heal yourself.
